Members & Territories

The members of EUROSMEs are Representative Organisations of territorial and sectoral Small and medium-sized enterprises of different regions of the European Union, interested in topics related to business activity of the SMEs, providing support that gives them access and participation to entrepreneurships and support of different institutions, like projects and programs granted by the European Union and different countries to improve the business activity and competitiveness of the SMEs, taking advantage of the business opportunities that provides the Market of the European Union and the new rising markets.

The industrial enterprises of regions that are represented by members of EUROSMEs find in this initiative a common area of understanding and communication.

EUROME is an initiative adapted to the cultural diversity of all those regions that are in the territory of the European Union (EU).

The cultural differences between the regions that make up the EU, with the cultural traditions of themselves, provide an added value that results into an overall initiative that contributes in the development of a dynamic SME network.

Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic

The Association of Small and medium-sized enterprises of the Czech Republic groups small and medium-sized enterprises, artisans and their organizations into an open and non-political platform. The association usually collaborates with local government, ministries, and in recent years it has launched legal measures that develop business relationships in our country.

Central Bohemia and Prague (Czech Republic)

The Central Bohemian region is located in the central part of the historical region of Bohemia. Its administrative centre is the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague, which is located in the centre of the region. The city of Prague, however, is not part of the Central Bohemian region, it is a singular territory.

Austrian Business Association

The Austrian Business Association, founded in 1839, is headquartered in Vienna. It is a nonprofit association that represents the economic interests of the industrial, commerce and transport sectors and also the overall picture of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria in its legal and economic relations.

Vienna is the federal capital of Austria and a federated state. The city lies in the eastern part of Austrian territory and is surrounded by the state of Lower Austria. Located only 60 km from the borders with Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia

The Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia is an umbrella organisation comprising the craft and small business chamber system jointly with 62 regional chambers of craft and small business.


Slovenia officially the Republic of Slovenia is a nation state on the Adriatic Sea, bordering Italy to the west, Austria to the north, Croatia to the south and southeast, and Hungary to the northeast.

Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Aragon (CEPYME Aragón)

The Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Aragon - CEPYME ARAGÓN - is a nonprofit, business organization of a confederate and intersectoral nature founded in 1989, whose priorities are the defence, representation and promotion of the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as those of the self-employed.

Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO)

Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO) was founded in 1994 by the Republic of Croatia with the aim of supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, improving the innovation process and encouraging investments.


Republic of Croatia is a sovereign state at the crossroads of Central Europe, Southeast Europe, and the Mediterranean. Its capital city is Zagreb, which forms one of the country's primary subdivisions, along with the twenty counties. Croatia covers 56,594 square kilometres (21,851 square miles) and has diverse, mostly continental and Mediterranean climates. Croatia's Adriatic Seacoast contains more than a thousand islands.

Federación des Entreprises Romandes (FER)

The Federation of Enterprises Romandes (FER) in Geneva, is composed for 27,000 SMEs and over 70 business associations.
The Federation works on four main pillars: The defense of the private economy, the provision of services to its members, the reflection on the society evolution and the involvement of its members and its partners.

Geneva (Switzerland)

Geneva is the second most populous city in Switzerland (after Zürich) and is the most populous city of Romandy, the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Situated where the Rhône exits Lake Geneva, it is the capital of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.

Federation of Finnish Enterprises (Pirkanmaan Yrittäjät)

The Federation of Finnish Enterprises in the region of Tampere (Pirkanmaan Yrittäjät) is the largest territorial business organization in Finland. It represents 44 local associations and 10,600 companies employing about 50,000 people in the Tampere region.

The Tampere region is the second largest economic region of Finland, and it is focused on modern industry, commerce, services and education. It offers international business experience, leading global companies in the market, research institutions and universities that provide high highly qualified labor.


The Lazio Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises is the promoter of Richerche Operative Marketing Estero (R.O.M.E), one of the most important consortiums of central Italy, founded in 2004 in order to support internationalization activities of companies.

The region is strategically located in the heart of the Mediterranean trade corridor. Its territory consists in the provinces of Frosinone, Latina, Rieti, Rome and Viterbo. Bordered by Tuscany on the northwest, Umbria on the north, Marche on the northeast, on the east bordered by Abruzzo and Molise, Campania located at the southeast and bordered by the Tirren Sea on the southwest, where is located the Vatican State. His great history is mixed with a dynamic business orientation.


ISME, the Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association, is the only independent representative association for Small and Medium Enterprises and currently has in excess of 8,750 members nationwide. Uniquely in Ireland, ISME is independent of big business, big banks and government and gives voice to the issues facing SME owner managers.

Leinster (Ireland)

Leinster is one of the Provinces of Ireland situated in the east of Ireland. It comprises the counties of Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Westmeath, Wexford y Wicklow. The population of Leinster is 2,504,814 according to the 2011 census.

Portuguese Business Association (AEP)

The Portuguese Business Association is a national and multi-sectorial business organization that has its headquarters in Porto, founded in 1849, whose main objective is the defense of the business interests and the representation of its members, reinforcing the national and international business associationism, providing services of different fields.

North (Portugal)

The Northern Region of Portugal is located in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula, it is known for its abroad accessibility and external promotion, its extensive experience in international trade and a tendency to receive migratory population flows. 144 miles of the Atlantic coast belongs to Portugal, offering new opportunities for international expansion and economic interaction. Swedish Federation of Business Owners (Företagarna)

The Swedish Federation of Business Owners (Företagarna) is the largest business organization in Sweden, representing about 75000 entrepreneurs, 50000 of them are direct members and 25000 are members of trade associations.

Västra Götaland (Sweden)

Västra Götaland is a county (lan) of Sweden. It is located on the west coast of Sweden, between Oslo (Norway), from which is 300 kilometers of roads, and Malmö / Copenhagen (Denmark), which is located 250 kilometers far from highway. With the port of Gothenburg as obvious centre of freight shipping forward in Scandinavia, Västra Götaland is a strategic place for management and business development.

The Union of Entrepreneurs of Warsaw and Mazovia, Związek Pracodawców Warszawy i Mazowsza (ZPWiM) is a professional non-profit territorial founded in 1990 to defend, represent and encourage the interests of entrepreneurs of Mazovia (Poland).

Mazovia is the largest and most populated region of Poland, with 5 million inhabitants, located at the centre of the country. Also, this region leads the indices of economic and business activity in Poland.

Union of Self-Employed Entrepreneurs (UNIZO)

The Union of Self-Employed Entrepreneurs (UNIZO) is the largest business organization of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Belgium. UNIZO represents the interests of the SMEs in the government and provides information and advice to its members. It brings together approximately 85,000 enterprises (self-employed, small and medium-sized enterprises and professionals) from all sectors. UNIZO has a long tradition going back to 1899.

Brussels (Belgium)

Belgium is a federal state divided into three regions: The north is Flanders, where Dutch is spoken; the south is Wallonia, where French is spoken; and Brussels, the bilingual capital, where French and Dutch share official status. There is also a German-speaking minority in the east of the country. Belgium's landscape varies widely: 67 kilometers of coastline and coastal plains bathed by the North Sea, a central plains and rolling hills and forests of the Ardennes region in the south.

The Union Wallonne des Entreprises (UWE) is the organization of private employers which is to ensure the prosperity of Wallonia, through the establishment and support of a climate and framework that enable the creation and development of competitive and sustainable enterprises.

Wallonia (Belgium)

Wallonia, is the predominantly French-speaking southern region of Belgium. It is governed as the Walloon Region, which makes up 55% of the territory of Belgium but with only a third of its population. Contrary to the situation in Flanders, the Walloon Region was not merged with the French Community of Belgium, a political level responsible for matters related mainly to culture and education. The small German-speaking minority in the east forms the German-speaking Community of Belgium, which has its own government and parliament for culture-related issues. The demonym for Wallonia is Walloon.
